BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sports system that focuses on grappling, with particular emphasis on ground-fighting. BJJ is considered a martial art, a sport, a method for promoting physical fitness and building character, and a way of life.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai (or, literally, Thai Boxing) is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs", as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

WOMEN'S ONLY KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced in self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

PRIVATE LESSONS AVAILABLE

For both adults and children, private lessons are designed for personalized skill development and training, specific goal-setting, and refining techniques.
Available for all sports, sessions are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or one hour, and are one-on-one with your coach. Small group sessions are also available!
