KICKBOXING

Designed for women of all skill levels, our Women's Only Kickboxing program offers a full-body workout. It is more than just a cardio class - you learn effective martial art techniques while pushing yourself to build strength, improve mental clarity, and feel amazing!
Our trainers will work with you to understand exactly what you want to achieve, whether it’s general fitness, improved mobility, or self-defense. This exciting and progressive program can be done at your own pace while providing a full body workout. Classes are built around partner kickboxing drills (punches, kicks, knees and elbows), body weight exercises, and monthly class challenges.
