Designed for women of all skill levels, age 13 and above, our Women's Only Kickboxing program offers a full-body workout. It is more than just a cardio class - you learn effective martial art techniques while pushing yourself to shed pounds, build strength, improve mental clarity, and feel amazing!
Our trainers will work with you to understand exactly what you want to achieve, whether it’s general fitness, improved mobility, weight loss, or self-defense. Our coaches tailor your training to keep workouts fun and engaging.
