Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport combining techniques from boxing, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai. Our Mixed Martial Arts program focuses on techniques and theories that apply existing striking and grappling knowledge to an MMA context. Classes include MMA fundamentals drills such as striking into take-downs, disengaging from grappling exchanges, and wall wrestling, as well as MMA focused sticking and grappling. Students will develop techniques and mechanics, while also improving their cardio, strength and stamina
Our MMA program is open to any existing student, regardless of skill level. Our classes are suited to recreational martial artists, those planning to compete in MMA, or those just looking to try something new!
Students are required to be enrolled and participating in either the Muay Thai or Jiu Jitsu program to take part in MMA classes.
