BRAZILLIAN JUI JITSU
Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program focuses on developing strong fundamentals in position and technique. Our classes are divided between two variations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Gi and NoGi. The focus and layout of each class is geared towards constant development. We start with warm-ups and drills, follow with technique and theory. Also included with the program is conditioning that implements exercises specifically designed to improve the student's cardio, strength and stamina. Each class concludes with a "rolling" or live sparring portion, which develops the student’s sensitivity to balance and timing while using techniques.
